Cancellation Policy
We charge a 20% fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or re-scheduled appts within 3 hours of the scheduled service. Generally, a 5-minute grace period will be allowed. Beyond that, we may consider the appointment as cancelled and will work with you to reschedule for a future time.
